Gaskets

Gaskets

A gasket must seal in the extreme high pressure in the cylinder as the engine runs. On a water cooled engine it must also seal the coolant passages between the block and the head. There is also usually one or more oil passages sealed by the head gasket. These passages supply oil to the valves and valve mechanism in the head.
Air Brake Systems

Air Brake Systems

Air brake systems are typically used on heavy trucks and buses. The system consists of service brakes, parking brakes, a control pedal, and an air storage tank.
Clamps

Clamps

Clamps are invaluable tools in many mechanical applications. Ultimately, clamps serve a simple yet crucial function of holding an object steady. They are used when sanding and jointing, during adhesion processes, and when welding as well as in other purposes.
Disk Wheels

Disk Wheels

Two types of disc wheels -- hub-piloted and stud-piloted. Hub-piloted disc wheels are designed to center on the hub at the center hole of the wheel. The wheel center hole locates the wheel on pilots built into the hub. Hub-piloted wheels are used with two-piece flange nuts which contact the disc face around the bolt hole.
Nuts and Bolts

Nuts and Bolts

A variety of types and sizes of fasteners. We have both metric and regular sizes, as well as fastener manuals and tech sheets to help you on the job. You can select a single threaded rod or order nuts and bolts. We carry hard-to-find structural bolts, machine screws and must-haves like wedge anchors, washers and rivets.
U Joints

U Joints

A universal joint, is a joint or coupling in a rigid rod that allows the rod to 'bend' in any direction, and is commonly used in shafts that transmit rotary motion. It consists of a pair of hinges located close together, oriented at 90° to each other, connected by a cross shaft. The universal joint is not a constant velocity joint.
Valves

Valves

Truck valves are used for cooling fuel lines in truck shutoff applications. Valve parts feature forged brass construction with a steel handle. It handles extreme temperatures ranging between -40 to 250° F with a maximum pressure of 200 PSI.
Oil Seals

Oil Seals

Oil seals close spaces between stationary and moving components in mechanical equipment, helping prevent lubricant escape. They also stop harmful contaminants from entering machinery, particularly in severe environments.Ooil seals protect all types of precision-constructed, close-fitting ball, sleeve and roller bearings.
Brake Drums

Brake Drums

The brake drum is generally made of a special type of cast iron that is heat-conductive and wear-resistant. It rotates with the wheel and axle. When a driver applies the brakes, the lining pushes radially against the inner surface of the drum, and the ensuing friction slows or stops rotation of the wheel and axle, and thus the vehicle.
Crown Wheel / Pinion

Crown Wheel / Pinion

In a front-engined, rear wheel drive application the crown wheel and pinion transfers engine torque from the propshaft to the car’s differential and then onto the road wheels via the halfshafts. As a function of this process the crown wheel and pinion (CWP) ratio is the principal variable controlling the vehicle’s overall gearing, so the CWP has a significant effect on outright performance.
Shaft Kit

Shaft Kit

We offer a variety of Steering Shafts, Steering Shaft Kits, and Collapsible Steering Shafts for a variety of vehicle applications.
Compressor

Compressor

A gas compressor is a mechanical device that increases the pressure of a gas by reducing its volume. An air compressor is a specific type of gas compressor. Compressors are similar to pumps: both increase the pressure on a fluid and both can transport the fluid through a pipe.
Mountings

Mountings

An engine mount is the part that holds the engine to the body or to the engine cradle (sub-frame) of the car. In a typical car, the engine and transmission are bolted together and held in place by three or four mounts
Tie Rods

Tie Rods

Tie rod is a long strong rod with bolts or tie bolts at both the end. This rod holds the three major engine components i.e. Cylinder block or entablature, “A” frame, and crankcase in compression and transmits the firing load to the bedplate. The tie rods are fitted through the above mentioned components and are hydraulically tightened so that the whole engine can be held in compression.
Hoses

Hoses

You might not think about your coolant hoses often, but they can degrade and wear just like any other engine part. So when it's time to replace yours, look no further than our line of rugged coolant hoses. These durable hoses are engineered for long-lasting life to ensure efficient cooling system performance and are designed to fit any make and model of heavy-duty truck on the road.
Connectors

Connectors

Electrical Terminals are a class of electrical connector which are used to transfer electrical current from a power or grounding source to a use. Terminals "terminate" by crimping or soldering to wire or cable. Crimped terminals, or "compression terminals" are a subset of electrical terminals. The terminal is then "connected" to the source or use by a mechanical bolted, pin, or slot connection.
Transmission

Transmission

There is no engine component more complex and essential than a car’s transmission. Transmissions are responsible for shifting gears (automatically or manually) to dynamically change the speed-torque ratio in order to deliver power to the wheels in an efficient manner based on the speed of the vehicle.
Gearbox

Gearbox

The transmission box which is also known as the gear box is the second element of the power train in an automobile. It is used to change the speed and torque of vehicle according to variety of road and load condition. Transmission box change the engine speed into torque when climbing hills and when the vehicle required. Sometimes it is known as torque converter.
Differential

Differential

The differential is an integral part of all four wheelers. Wheels receive power from the engine via a drive shaft. The wheels that receive power and make the vehicle move forward are called the drive wheels. The main function of the differential gear is to allow the drive wheels to turn at different rpms while both receiving power from the engine.
Clutch Discs

Clutch Discs

In a car's clutch, a flywheel connects to the engine, and a clutch plate connects to the transmission. When your foot is off the pedal, the springs push the pressure plate against the clutch disc, which in turn presses against the flywheel. This locks the engine to the transmission input shaft, causing them to spin at the same speed.
Engine

Engine

There are different kinds of internal combustion engines. Diesel engines are one form and gas turbine engines are another. Almost all cars currently use what is called a four-stroke combustion cycle to convert gasoline into motion.
Piston

Piston

A piston is a component of reciprocating engines, reciprocating pumps, gas compressors and pneumatic cylinders, among other similar mechanisms. It is the moving component that is contained by a cylinder and is made gas-tight by piston rings.
